Children are welcome, however, please note there are no cots, stair gates or other child-safety equipment in the cottage, so we do not recommend the cottage for toddlers. |
Small well-behaved pets are also welcome (by prior arrangement with the owner). Allergy sufferers should be aware that dogs are permitted to (and do) stay at the cottage on a regular basis.

Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

The Heron Inn, a delightful village pub with excellent food
is conveniently located less than a minute’s walk from the cottage.

Malpas marina, with a public slipway, is a hundred yards-or-so in the opposite direction from the cottage. |
Parking is available on the roadside (not private). At peak times it is not
always possible to park directly outside the cottage. |
